The core balls are one of the most effective tools for strengthening the stability systems of the body.
When used appropriately, these balls can aid or challenge many necessary training techniques.

Flexistretchers

Our Flexistretcher clinics are lead by a Certified FLX Conditioning Specialist.
These clinics will teach a variety of strength and stretch exercises using the Flexistretchers.

Our Roller Clinics teach students how to use them in order to build strength conditioning AND muscle release.

Bands

Resistance training is a key component to joint support and full range motion development.
Our Bands Clinics teach many techniques for using resistance bands, and will help students strengthen and lengthen.
